This month, ETUDE House collaborated with LINE for their latest Play Colour Eyes.

Like most of the people out there who uses LINE, I am in love with the characters!

Was feeling kind of gian (wanting) to take a photo with Brown and Cony so I sign up for the event at ETUDE's store at Wisma Atria.
It's my favourite store by far, you guys should go check it out when you are free! The lightings, layout and colours of the whole shop just makes everything look so pretty and your wallet will want to bleed willingly haha.

Was alone cause Huibing was late so had to thick skinned a bit ask strangers help.

I think I look weird but it was a mad rush day of collecting EXO tickets and dance so..yea~

Makeup demo using just ETUDE House products.

Coincidentally the model is Vanessa's friend! 

She's so cute, tiny and absolutely friendly and nice!

The last highlight of the event... GOODIE BAG!

Not gonna lie, it is also one of the reasons why I go to events.
Other than the kiasu mentality to get freebies, it is a good chance to get samples of products that you may have not tried yet
before deciding to purchase the full product not. 

Much to my surprise, the items I've received from this event were

FULL-SIZED PRODUCTS.

How amazing is that! Based on my past experiences I've only received samples or other non-related things like note book,
reusable bag (which is also good as shopping bags), but never (for me) full sized- products!
Oh my I love you even more now, ETUDE :D

I certainly think the packing of the box makes everything looks 100X prettier.

Was very much tempted to get the "bite me" cause it's so me oh gosh but was not really a fan of the smell.
I have not personally tried them yet but reviews from other bloggers have feedback that the smell actually lasted pretty well
so I will probably be back for another update on this after I have used it (:

Even thought I see 2 of them 5 days a week but I have too much love for them XD

So we decided to do a different kind of gift exchange this time...

DAISO CHALLENGE 

That is buying 2 items for each person from Daiso and I say we fare pretty well!
Going for practicality rather than fancy.

Food at   BENJAMIN BROWNS

The truffle fries is damnnnn good! Definitely the best I've eaten!
But this is at $16 and it is sinful so we manage to stop Fated from ordering another.

Julie's Sizzling Beef.
IT LOOKS DAMN YUMMY andit taste better than what I expected cause beef steaks at bistros
are usually pretty tough, but this was manageable and the sauce went pretty well. 

Sheryl's Crabmeat Pasta.
Tasted not bad but felt like the portion looks sad and empty in the bowl.

Syaf's Fish & Chips

I'm not really a fan of fish & chips but this is definitely less oily than the kind you
will have at fish&coal or manhattan. Love their fries and salad!

MINEEEE.

I wanted duck confit actually but they ran out of stock (guess not much ducks around)
so I went for striploin instead and this was 10$ cheaper than the duck confit lol.

I would say their seasoning and culinary standard is definitely there!
I don't like having to chew forever on my piece of beef when I'm out dining but this was very much easy to handle.

Their mains are ranged between $20 - $32 if my goldfish memory did not fail me.

The weird thing was I figured their online menu is not updated as what I decided to order from their online menu
to what I actually see there was of a totally different list of choice.

Now, presenting to you their famous....

DIABETES MILKSHAKE

Ok, that's not the real name but it was what I was thinking haha~

It was kind of the 'in-thing' for food-goers for the past months and I've been seeing reviews
on the newspapers, online recommendations and blog reviews.

It's $16 per cup that's overflowing with milkshake, brownies/ cakes/ biscuits, whipped cream
depending on which flavours you go for. We got the Nutella Banana and Tim Tams!

The nutella banana is a chocolatey milkshake while the timtams is coffee.
I'm a coffee addict, not a chocolate person so I prefer the coffee one for sure but somehow
the coffee milkshake seems to taste more sweet than the nutella one which had a better blend.

Not sure why it's such a confusing conclusion, probably my tastebuds are
still recovering from my 10 days of just fish porridge wahaha~

But I guess I probably won't specially come for the milkshakes unless I am with friends.
It's all pretty much a novelty and a chance to snap nice pretty pictures and trytry.
But their food definitely surpassed our expectations as we expected them to be more 'meh'.

I think I have over 50 photos and videos from the moment we step out of office to way home.

For some unknown reasons, I always get excited about 3CE. I love how they stick to their original packaging design and have different series that tweaks around the angled packaging.

I got myself 3 new colours in Oct and I think my friends already cannot tahan my excitment haha.

If you do not know yet, 3CE or rather known as 3 Concept Eyes is a Korean makeup brand

and was officially launched in Sephora stores in Singapore just this Oct.

I was'nt able to go for the official launch but Park Sora, one of their models attended the event

and the brand also brought in one of the lippies from the limited edition Pink Rumour line.

The above shows the swatches of the 3 different type of lippies I've gotten.

Top: Water Gloss in #Spicy Red

Centre: Lipstick in #602

Bottom: Pink Rumour lipstick in #902 Cheeky Cheeky

There was actually a slight regret after trying the water gloss on as I'm not one who like lip glosses and the shiny look. Lip glosses somewhat make my lips look 10000x oilier than other people.

BUT having said that, this water gloss felt more sticky-dry than the oily kind of feeling that floats on your lips. Not sure if you get what I mean but its the best I could describe. Pigment wise it's definitely very pigmented but it also causes colour transfer to my cup.

If you are like me, I would suggest to use this as a lip tint by applying it first on ur lips and using tissue to lightly dab away the excess and top so the colour stays and you can layer on with lip balm and another coat of a more wearable lip product so it helps to retain some colour even after food.

Here comes my favourite out of the three! 

Ok, not just because it's purple but I kinda love the formula of this lipstick more than I thought I would innitially, It's super easy to glide on and the colour is very much like what you see on the lipstick. It has a lighter undertone so the purple does not comes off as too overwhelming.

The last one, Cheeky Cheeky!

The Pink Rumour line actually has 2 other lipstick colours but Sephora only brings in this sadly 'cause I would have bought all of them :P Might try to get them online hehe~

This is more of a darker red than the watergloss and its matte! 

I do prefer matte over gloss anyday but sometimes it can be very uncomfortable if the matte is too drying and makes the cracks on your lips even more obvious no matter how much balm you apply.

So far, this works pretty well for me in regards to staying power.

I mean, look at all these adorable Doraemon makeup!

For my first review here I'm going to share with you this collaboration between A'PIEU and Doraemon. 

I had the urge to buy everything when the packaging is so enticing :X

 So here's my stash.

I've only gotten the cushions partly cause I collect bb cushions and I wanted a coral shade blush. 

The blue doraemon is the bb cushion while the yellow one are the blushers. 

Even the sponge for the bb cushion has the doraemon 

BB CUSHION

The shades for bb cushion. I got mine in my usual shade No.21. 

The bb cushions are in SPF50+/PA+++.

Not sure if you are able to see it due to my room lighting but I had a slight scratch and blue black due to injections before the swatch. 

My take:
Initial application of the bb cushion seem to have a darker shade than the No.21 for my laneige bb cushion and I was worried that the colour would not suit me. The colour did set in and was more in line with my skin tone after a while but it still felt slightly darker and duller. Overage coverage was pretty good and the product seems to have ample moisture. I would say it would work better for me as an everyday wear to work but I'm not sure if it would last me well for an entire day out. 

CUSHION BLUSHER

Got mine in CR01! BR01 is for contouring. 

My take:

I love the colour! i would say the cushion really makes application easy cause all you need to do is to just dab. But I would recommend a light dab on the sponge for first few usage and there's usually alot more product that will come out on the first few press. If you think there's too much, just lightly pat away on the back of ur hand. 

I really love this coral shade as it is not too orangey but has a subtle natural colour to it.

But the orange does not seem to stay on very long as compared to my Missha sheer fluid blusher. But it would be a great make-up item for on the go it you do not want to use ur fingers or brushes.
